Box Beam Roll Former Automatic Change Multiple Size Galvanized Steel Racking Shelving

The shelf(shelf system roll forming machin) is the most basic storage equipment, whether the shelf has a higher load-bearing performance, whether it saves material, whether it has a stable quality and therefore a longer service life, whether it is easy to manufacture and install is a common technical concern in the industry. As shown in Figure I, the double C-beam(box beam roll forming machine) is the basic component of the shelf, and the double C-beam is made of two C-beam profiles.

The C-shaped beam profile includes an outer clamping surface 102, an inner clamping surface 103 and a support surface 104. After forming the customer usually has two ways to make the final beam, one is by welding. The welding process is demanding for welders, costly to produce and much less efficient and time consuming.
We have now developed a new way to occlude these two versions. By making some modifications to the pattern drawing to create a height difference between the two sides of the C-shape, the two patterns are then tightly occluded together by a set of 6 forming machines. This new method is already well accepted in the market and our machines are sold to countries such as Vietnam and Chile, where they are well liked by our customers.
